Where KPro Works
We're headquartered at 142 Enchanted Pkwy in Manchester, Missouri, right in the middle of West County — which means most of the St. Louis metro is a 20–30 minute drive for our crews. That matters after a storm, when getting a tarp on a roof the same day is the difference between a damp ceiling and a gutted one.
Below is where we actually work. If your town isn't listed, call us anyway — we regularly travel beyond this list for full replacements and insurance claim work.
West County — our home turf
This is the core of our business and where most of our crews start their day. Housing here runs from 1960s ranches in Manchester and Ballwin to newer subdivisions in Wildwood and Chesterfield, many with HOA rules on shingle color and profile — we handle those approvals regularly. West County also takes the brunt of most hail lines that move through the metro.
Mid County
Older, established neighborhoods with a lot of mature tree cover — which means more limb strikes, more clogged gutters, and more moss and shade-side deck rot than newer areas. Kirkwood and Webster Groves in particular have a lot of homes where the decking underneath needs attention once the old shingles come off. We plan for that instead of discovering it mid-job.
South County & Jefferson County
A mix of post-war housing stock and newer construction heading south toward Festus. Wind damage along ridgelines is common here, and we do a lot of partial-slope repairs and full replacements where a previous owner layered new shingles over old.
St. Charles County
Fast-growing suburbs with a lot of homes now hitting the 15–25 year mark, which is exactly when the original builder-grade shingles start giving out. We do a high volume of full replacements out here, frequently through insurance after spring hail.
Illinois
We're licensed in Illinois as well and handle both residential and commercial work across the river.
